For the body:

Following the method developed in the late 1800s  by the Abbot Kneipp to increase the circulation  of blood and energy systems, strengthen the immune and pulmonary systems,  relieve arthritis and rheumatism and eliminate toxins.

It will be carried out by walking barefoot on the Ellipse of river pebbles around the Amphitheater, to open the powerful energetic points, placed under the soles of the feet.

Followed by knee-deep immersions lasting 20 minutes at about 12° in the circular Amphora fountain.

Afterwards lying down on the lawn one will get rubbings with apple cider vinegar that helpsweating out toxins and than relax covered with blankets and practice connection with the living breath of the trees and of Nature all around.
