Afternoon arrival
Welcome and settling in
6:00 PM – Opening Circle around the fire
We enter the retreat’s field of intention, setting our purpose and releasing what no longer serves

Listening, presence and opening of the journey

🌳 Morning – Connection and Grounding
7:30 AM – Meeting with Nature
Walk through the estate and connection with the centuries-old trees
In the historic garden of Villa Lina
Guided practice of connection and bioenergetic work
Breakfast

Circle in the yurt

Celtic astrology and recognition of gifts
